How can I tell if a child is homeless?
Children who are homeless may come to school in dirty clothes, may look malnourished, and exhibit signs of anxiety or fear. In terms of their school work, they may not complete homework assignments.
What should I do if I believe a child is homeless?
Call your local police agency for assistance or contact your local Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
