Medicaid Children's Buy-In (CBI) Program - The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services began the Children's Buy-In (CBI) program in April. CBI covers kids with special health needs whose working parents were struggling to cover their health care costs. CBI targets working families with income ABOVE $42,000 per year.
