Health Care: Disability Medical Assistance

Are there any public insurance programs for low-income Ohioans who are not disabled but are dependent on prescription medications?
Yes, the Disability Medical Assistance (DMA) program provides basic medical services and prescription medication coverage for very low-income Ohioans.  Unfortunately new enrollment for DMA has been frozen for more than a year so it is not available to anyone not currently enrolled.
