Establishing Paternity Of A Child -In order to receive child support, the paternity of a child must be established. The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services offers the following answers to questions regarding paternity.

Paternity Net -Paternity cases outnumber divorce filings in many courts. If the alleged father signs a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity, the courts don't have to decide parentage, but custody, visitation and child support often remain at issue.
