(2000), (138 Ohio App. 3d 476): Apartment manager of plaintiffs apartment complex, considering the totality of circumstances, did not have a duty to foresee that stalker would return to plaintiffs home and start a fire; defendant also could not foresee that plaintiff would not call anyone and jump out of window instead.
