Wallace v. Masten

No. 02CA13 (Hocking, 4th Dist., 2/11/03)  Vacated trial courts stalking CPO provision that asserts defendant must relinquish all firearms to the police. Because the defendant did not use or have in his possession or use firearms in his encounters with petitioner, the trial courts provision requiring defendant to relinquish his firearms is not supported by evidence.
