Document  Advance Directives For Healthcare In Ohio - The Ohio law describing durable powers of attorney does not speak exclusively to mental health care. An advance directive can nonetheless be an important tool for you as a consumer of mental health services to guide your care should your attending physician determine that you lack capacity to make your own health care choices.
