Legal Education
Age Discrimination Act of 1975
- It is the purpose of this chapter to prohibit discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
Ohio's Disability Services

Section 109 of Title I of the Housing & Community Development Act

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
