Document  Circumstances Determine When Tenants Can Terminate Lease Agreements - What happens when your landlord doesn't fix a problem in your apartment. 
Document  Know about Eviction Procedures In Ohio - Only an attorney can file an eviction action or sue for damages.  
Document  Know about Evictions of Month-to-Month Tenants in Ohio - If you have a month-to-month lease, neither you nor your landlord is obligated to keep your agreement for more than one month at a time. Document  Rent Escrow Court Filing Packet - This packet of information will provide the information and forms needed for you to file your rent payments with the court until needed repairs are made by your landlord.

Document  HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agencies - HUD sponsors housing counseling agencies throughout the country that can provide advice on buying a home, renting, defaults, foreclosures, credit issues, and reverse mortgages. This page allows you to select a list of agencies for each state.  
Document  HUD Veteran Resource Center (HUDVET) - This directory is designed to increase your knowledge of and participation in the wide variety of HUD homeless assistance programs and services for veterans and other individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
