Healthy Start & Healthy Families Brochure
- Healthy Start is FREE healthcare coverage for kids from birth to age 19, and pregnant women who qualify based on family income.
Healthy Start - Basics
- Children (up to age 19) and pregnant women can get free health coverage through Healthy Start.
Ohio Children's Health Insurance Plan
- Medicaid's Healthy Start program covers children up to age 19 in families with incomes at or below 150% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
Ohio's Safe Havens For Newborns
- Safe Havens allows a birth parent to leave a newborn infant with a hospital, fire department or other emergency service organization.
